Phlox Paniculata, also called Flax Flower belongs to the Polemoniaceae Family.

It is a deciduous winter-hardy plant with typical fragrant flowers in various colours. They bloom two times a year, summer and autumn.

Phlox paniculata's favourite spot in the garden is in semi-shade, as it does not like dry soil. The soil should be slightly on the acidic side. (pH<7)
